34 Chapter XXXIV: Reflections on the Mystery of Communications

In Chapter XXXIV, Vicente Beltrán-Anglada, with insights from the Angel Jezasel, explores the synthesis of science and spirituality through the study of the Ether.

The Master’s words opened an endless horizon of questions, yet at the same time they unveiled vast perspectives of higher perception that gradually dissolved every cloud of confusion surrounding the mystery of communications. With time, each question found its clear and concrete answer. As always, he received the fraternal assistance of his great friend Jezasel, who, being a profound knower of the hidden mystery of planetary and solar ethers, understood with luminous intelligence the secret that lies behind the veil of all communication.

It became evident to them that what humanity calls “mystery” is simply the absence of scientific understanding. The inability of modern science to penetrate the secret of the ethers prevents it from grasping the rigorous, entirely scientific truth that lies beyond the barrier of the unknown. In the Ashram they had learned that true esoteric advancement requires a mind both expansive and rigorously scientific, capable of distinguishing between mystery and science, knowing that the deep comprehension of a mystery transforms it instantly into science. This transformation forms the correct mental foundation for new and more positive investigations.

This alchemy—where mystery becomes science—is visible everywhere in human history. The author laments the centuries wasted in conflict between Religion and Science, each clinging to prejudices about the causes of things. Had religion expressed its ideas about God in scientific terms, and had science been more religious in its openness and less rigid in its methods, the words “mystery” and “secret” would have taken on very different meanings. Both institutions, he observes, have contributed to humanity’s confusion and have delayed human progress for hundreds of years.

Yet, when one looks honestly at the facts, it becomes clear that every relationship or communication within the infinite stellar space—whenever it uses qualified ether—has a cosmic origin and serves as a bridge between worlds and systems. Thus, everything previously explained about the arrival of great Avatars, planetary and solar ambassadors, and other illustrious visitors whose rank remains unknown to humanity, rests on a foundation that is both rigorously scientific and profoundly spiritual. The Master’s words, spoken once in the intimate silence of the Ashram, opened the doors to the true magical operativity of the Universe. The Master said:

“Remember, my friends, that Ether is the blood of the Gods. All great and small Logoi are immersed in this blood. All partake of the same Blood and the same Spirit. All are Brothers. No matter the distance that separates Them, no matter Their spiritual evolution, They are united by Blood and Spirit, and through Blood and Spirit They remain forever related. Through the Ether, through this divine Blood, They form the Social Body of the Gods.”

The Master explained that this divine blood relates all organs, all cells, and every atom within the cosmic organism, just as human blood relates every part of the human body. Everything is relationship. Everything is communication.

From this perspective, the disciples understood that the Gods possess a Social Consciousness that embraces the immensity of cosmic creation. The technical means of communication within this indescribable Social Body are infinitely varied, for Ether exists in infinite modifications. Each Logos, each creative center, uses the type of Ether most suited to its nature to sustain relationships with other Logoi. This is perfectly understood within the Ashram.

Thus, when they watch films depicting “space adventures,” they cannot help but smile. They recognize that such films, though entertaining and helpful in cultivating a rudimentary spatial consciousness, are built upon the old earthly spirit of conflict—humans fighting imagined enemies from other galaxies. The idea of conquering other worlds, colonizing distant planets, or waging a “Star Wars” across the heavens seems to them profoundly naïve. These fantasies reveal only the limited intelligence of humanity, still trapped in aggression and antagonism.

All such adventures, the Master insists, are destined to fail. It would be wise for political leaders, military strategists, and scientists to revisit the lessons of history: the fall of Atlantis, the angelic warning to Sodom and Gomorrah before their destruction, the downfall of Nineveh and Babylon. These ancient catastrophes stand as reminders of what happens when civilizations ignore the laws that govern cosmic relationship and misuse the sacred forces entrusted to them.

Keynotes

  • Science vs. Mystery: The author defines "mystery" simply as scientific ignorance. He argues that deep spiritual investigation transforms mystery into science, and laments the historical conflict between Religion and Science, which has delayed human progress by centuries.

  • The Blood of the Gods: The Master reveals that the Ether is "the blood of the Gods." Just as physical blood relates every cell in the human body, the Ether relates every Logos, star, and atom in the "Social Corporation of the Gods."

  • Social Consciousness of the Cosmos: Higher beings possess a "Social Consciousness" that encompasses all creation. Their communications utilize infinite modifications of the Ether, each suited to the specific relationship between different creative centers.

  • Critique of Human Space Projects: The author contrasts Hierarchical reality with modern human space exploration and science fiction films. He views the aggressive "Star Wars" mentality and the intent to colonize other worlds as stupid and destined for failure, as they are rooted in Earthly antagonism rather than cosmic fraternity.

  • Historical Warnings: World leaders are encouraged to study the history of planetary destructions—such as the sinking of Atlantis, the fall of Sodoma and Gomorra, and the destruction of Nineveh and Babylon—as evidence of the consequences of misusing power and ignoring spiritual law.

Summary

Concept Esoteric Definition
Ether The "blood" and vital link between all planetary and solar Logoi.
Mystery A temporary barrier of scientific incapacity to penetrate the "secret of the ethers."
Space Consciousness A nascent global awareness fostered by modern media, though currently tainted by human aggressiveness.
Cosmic Relation A rigorous scientific and spiritual fact linking all Avatars and ambassadors in space.

The author concludes that while humans dream of conquering space, they lack the fundamental understanding of the Ether required for true cosmic participation.
