32 Chapter XXXII: Solar, Planetary, and Cosmic Communications

In Chapter XXXII, Vicente Beltrán-Anglada expands the concept of the "body of ambassadors" to a cosmic scale, explaining how high-level spiritual entities travel between planets and systems to maintain universal relations.

When the author turns to the subject of communications beyond the planetary sphere, he acknowledges that the first question that naturally arises is how such communications are actually carried out. Earlier chapters introduced the idea of a mystical “body of ambassadors”—beings who represent the highest spiritual authorities of a solar system, a planetary scheme, or an Ashram of the Great Brotherhood. These envoys serve as living links between the great centers of dynamic and transcendent activity, carrying impulses, instructions, and energies across the vastness of Space.

All systems of relationship, regardless of their scale, operate in the ether and through the ether. Ether is the vital fluid that animates the substance of all forms and allows the free communication of all souls and all consciousnesses within creation. Movement through the ether, when undertaken for purposes of communication, depends entirely on the nature of the displacement, the origin of the impulse, and the destination toward which it is directed.

For an Adept or an Initiate, traveling through the ether is relatively simple. They may use their astral or mental vehicles, which are naturally suited to such movement. An Adept who is not incarnated can even construct, at will, a temporary physical body using his knowledge of planetary ethers whenever a particular mission requires it. When the author speaks of the “mystical body of ambassadors,” he has this possibility in mind: the ability of great beings to fashion a vehicle—physical, astral, or mental—capable of entering the etheric aura of another planet within the solar ring‑pass‑not. Such a vehicle must be built according to the specific conditions of the destination: the density of its etheric field, the evolutionary status of its Planetary Logos, and the Ray that conditions its life. These factors determine the nature of the mayavirupa that the envoy must construct, ensuring that it resonates with the substance of the planet, the integrity of its spiritual Logia, and the cosmic identity of its governing Logos.

The author notes that such matters require profound meditation. He recalls an occasion when Brother R., while present in the Ashram of Master K.H. on behalf of their own Ashram, encountered a solar envoy. The presence of this being was extraordinary. His aura radiated a light and dynamism utterly distinct from that of Earth’s Adepts. Even Master K.H. showed Him deep respect and reverence. This alone reveals the exalted spiritual rank of such an envoy, projected from the Great Solar Logia into the planetary aura to deliver a specific message to the Lord of the World, Sanat Kumara—the expression, within Earth’s destiny, of the Heavenly Man of the scheme.

By the principle of analogy, which governs all esoteric study, one must accept that similar bodies of ambassadors exist throughout the cosmos: among constellations, among solar universes, among planetary schemes. Their relationships mirror, at inconceivably higher levels, the diplomatic structures that govern the nations of Earth. What on Earth appears as political organization is but a faint, distorted reflection of the majestic system of cosmic communications that sustains the harmony of the universe.

Keynotes

  • The Ether as Vital Fluid: All cosmic relationships occur within the ether, which dynamizes material substance and allows for the free communication of all souls and consciousnesses.

  • Mechanisms of Travel: While Initiates and Adepts typically use astral or mental vehicles for etheric travel, those without a physical incarnation can construct a Mayavirupa (a temporary body of permanent character) to fulfill specific missions.

  • Interplanetary Diplomacy: To enter the etheric aura of another planet, an ambassador must construct a vehicle that adapts to three specific factors of the destination:

    1. The etheric density of the planet.

    2. The evolutionary degree of its Planetary Logos.

    3. The conditioning Ray of that planet's life.

  • The Solar Envoy: The author recounts Brother R.'s encounter with a "Solar Envoy" at the Ashram of Master K.H. This being possessed a light and dynamism quite distinct from Earth's Adepts. Even Master K.H. showed this envoy profound reverence, as he carried a message from the Great Solar Lodge to Sanat Kumara.

  • Universal Analogy: The author asserts that just as nations on Earth have political ambassadors, every cosmic system, constellation, and universe has similar bodies of envoys governing their relations.

Summary

Entity/Process Esoteric Detail
Mayavirupa A specialized vehicle built from the substance of the destination planet to ensure compatibility with its Logia and spiritual integrity.
Solar Envoy A projection from the Solar Lodge into the planetary aura, carrying high-level directives to the Lord of the World.
Brother R. An observer during a meeting between Master K.H. and a Solar Envoy, noting the "extraordinary spiritual category" of the visitor.
Cosmic Relation The "absolute" nature of communication means that no planet or system is isolated; all are linked by specialized messengers.
