22 Chapter XXII: The Solar Envoys

In Chapter XXII, Vicente Beltrán-Anglada uses the "School of Analogy" to explain the diplomatic and energetic communication between planets, framing celestial bodies as chakras within the vast body of the Solar Logos.

The author explains that the Solar Envoys may rightly be called the ambassadors of the Solar Brotherhood—the spiritual Logia of our system—across all planets of the universe. They form an exalted order of great angels of the “communicator” lineage, together with glorious solar Adepts whose mission is to transmit the communications of the Solar Logos to the spiritual Lodges of every planet.

Jezasel once told the author that even some of the asteroids between Mars and Jupiter possess small spiritual lodges, and that they too receive visits from solar envoys—sometimes even from Jupiter. Though not classified as planets, these bodies belong to the work of the solar system and therefore receive the attention of the Logos. This is the universal Law of Communication, which governs all celestial bodies, regardless of system, constellation, or galaxy.

Thus, the spiritual Lodges of the planets maintain communication among themselves through the exchange of these “ambassadors”—angels and planetary initiates who represent the spiritual authority of one planetary Logos in the domain of another.

In the Ashram, the disciples learned that all celestial bodies within the “ring‑pass‑not” of the solar system are chakras—major or minor—within the vast body of the Solar Logos. Each planet fulfills a specific function within this cosmic organism. Every planetary center is directed by a spiritual Entity known esoterically as a Planetary Logos or Heavenly Man, who serves as an instrument of the Solar Logos, expressing His Will‑to‑Be and Will‑to‑Realize.

Just as the human being has etheric, astral, and mental chakras that interact and support one another, so too do the planets. When one planetary center requires a spiritual stimulus or a higher development, it receives assistance from the others through the coordinated action of the planetary Logoi under the direction of the Solar Logos.

This is precisely what occurred in the ancient linkage between Venus and Earth, which brought the Lords of the Flame to our world to establish the Great White Brotherhood, and later, through a cosmic invocation, the Solar Angels, progenitors of humanity.

Whenever a planet develops a spiritual Logia and begins to function under the sacred laws of Brotherhood, it becomes necessary to establish a body of celestial ambassadors—beings of sufficient intelligence and cosmic evolution to represent the spiritual Regent of that planet. The quality of the envoy depends on the evolutionary stature of the planetary Logos he serves.

The author gives the example of the Lord Buddha, who serves as an ambassador of our Planetary Logos within the Great Solar Logia. One of His principal functions is to maintain the link between Shamballa and other planetary centers, especially the Logias of Venus and Jupiter. In earthly terms, He is a plenipotentiary ambassador, fully trusted by the spiritual Regent of our world, the blessed Sanat Kumara. One of His cyclical activities is to bring cosmic energies to Earth during the Wesak Festival, at the full moon of Taurus, in a hidden region of the Tibetan highlands. This annual “sacrifice” is possible only because He holds the celestial right to do so, granted by His immense spiritual evolution.

These teachings—learned in the Ashram’s School of Analogy—reveal the true meaning of the Doctrine of the Avatars. An Avatar, when understood correctly, is simply an envoy of a planetary or solar Logos, entering the ring‑pass‑not of a system or scheme to bring spiritual aid to less developed planets and more needy humanities. This is the Law of Brotherhood that governs the destiny of all living beings within the vastness of the Cosmos.

Keynotes

  • The Ambassadors of Space: High-ranking Angels (known as "communicators") and Solar Adepts function as ambassadors between planetary Lodges. They transmit instructions from the Solar Logos to individual planets, including asteroids and uncatalogued celestial bodies.

  • Planets as Chakras: Within the solar "ring-pass-not," planets (Heavenly Men) function as major or minor chakras. Just as human chakras are interdependent, planets provide mutual spiritual stimulus under the direction of the Solar Logos.

  • The Earth-Venus Link: The author cites the historical arrival of the Lords of the Flame from Venus to establish the Great White Brotherhood on Earth, and the subsequent invocation that brought the Solar Angels, as prime examples of this inter-planetary cooperation.

  • Lord Buddha as Ambassador: The Buddha is described as a "plenipotentiary ambassador" for Earth’s Logos within the Solar Logia. His primary role is linking Shamballa with Venus and Jupiter and "bringing" cosmic energies to Earth during the annual Wesak Festival.

  • The Doctrine of Avatars: An Avatar is defined simply as an ambassador, whether solar or planetary, who crosses spiritual boundaries to bring help to less developed worlds or needy humanities.

Summary

Concept Esoteric Detail
Celestial Right The Buddha's "sacrifice" at Wesak is a legal right granted by his status as an official ambassador of our planetary scheme.
The Logia's Role Once a planet develops a spiritual Logia, it must create a body of ambassadors to represent its Regent in the halls of other Logoi.
Solar Hierarchy Planetary Logoi are efficient instruments of the Solar Entity, executing His "Will to Be" through their respective planetary bodies.
Universal Law The Law of Fraternity dictates that more advanced beings and planets must assist those currently undergoing developmental crises.
